Here’s what you’ll do:
- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns full-time, from strategy through execution
- Launch, monitor, and continuously improve Search, Performance Max and any campaign type relevant to hit performance targets
- Own keyword research, ad copywriting, bidding strategy, and budget allocation across campaigns
- Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tracking tools
- Analyse campaign performance using different tools, like Google Analytics (GA4), and translate data into actionable optimisations
- Build and share regular performance reports (e.g. via Looker Studio) with key insights and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to implement automations and AI processes to improve efficiency
