We are currently looking for a Network Engineer (L1 / L2) professional to join our team in an on-site support role.
Work Mode: On-Site Employment Type: B2 B/ Freelance Contract Location: Majadahonda, Spain Job Responsibilities:• Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network performance• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls• Diagnose network issues related to IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN• Assist in network installations, upgrades, and patching activities• Ensure network security and follow best practices• Support end-users with connectivity and access-related issues• Maintain network documentation and update configurations• Log, track, and resolve incidents through the ticketing system• Escalate complex network issues to senior engineers/vendors• Ensure timely resolution as per SLA requirements
