Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the Use AI Agenda across the practice portfolio, turning strategic aims into a concrete rollout plan and measurable outcomes.

You partner with leadership to define OKRs, drive end-to-end delivery, and scale a repeatable enablement model from one flagship practice to the full portfolio.

You will design learning experiences, develop assets, and facilitate live sessions to translate AI adoption into daily practice.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role with tangible influence on how teams work with AI at scale.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Define and deliver the Use AI agenda across the practice portfolio, including a two-week ramp of capabilities, roadmap, and OKR-aligned rollout
• Lead end-to-end activations: sprints, live labs, prep materials, office hours, clinics, and 1:1 support to convert learning into practice
• Create practice-ready assets: role-based playbooks, prompt packs, job aids, and safe-use guides aligned with workflows
• Maintain curated libraries of top workflows, prompts, and Agents via user interviews and field observation; keep content current




• Support releases and campaigns with pre-work, follow-ups, and field-ready assets; manage progress in weekly syncs and request pipelines
• Define and track AI proficiency OKRs for each practice; monitor progress weekly and adjust rollout based on field signals
• Measure impact, report outcomes, and ensure continuous adoption through feedback-driven improvements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in relevant field
• 6+ years' experience in learning, change, or tech enablement, multi-region preferred
• Working knowledge of AI adoption and workflow reinvention
• Active AI user with awareness of evolving tools
• Comfort collaborating with senior stakeholders, practice teams, and product teams
• Reliable delivery with ownership of workstreams and timely outputs
• Data fluency and ability to read dashboards to inform work
• Storytelling and communication skills; experience with ambassador programs a plus
• Comfort in fast, ambiguous environments; collaborative and experimental mindset
