We are looking for a proactive, organised and results-oriented person who can successfully combine customer service, sales, community management and the day-to-day operational coordination of the workspace.
REQUIREMENTS | WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Vocational training or university degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality or a related field.
Strong commercial mindset and service orientation, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships, identify business opportunities and deliver an exceptional experience to clients, members and visitors.
High level of spoken and written Spanish and English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
Confident using digital tools such as Google Workspace, CRM platforms and other management applications.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the rest of the team.
Flexibility, responsibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities beyond day-to-day operational tasks when required.




Availability to work rotating shifts and at different Wayco locations when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE?
Present and sell our coworking memberships, private offices, meeting rooms and event spaces, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and additional services.
Generate, manage and follow up on sales opportunities, preparing proposals and quotations and supporting clients throughout the entire sales process.
Contribute to commercial initiatives aimed at increasing occupancy, meeting room bookings, event sales and customer retention.
Support community activities, networking events and initiatives designed to encourage member engagement and strengthen their sense of belonging.
Be the first point of contact for members, clients and visitors, providing an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.
Manage administrative tasks related to invoicing, payment follow-up, CRM updates, supplier coordination and operational follow-up.
Coordinate maintenance issues and ensure they are resolved efficiently and proactively.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
Permanent contract.
Three-month probationary period.
Working hours: 40 hours per week, with availability to work rotating shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
Salary: €23,000 gross per year + up to €1,500 per year in incentives.
