Why this role matters
We are growing A LOT, so great hiring starts with great outreach. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll help us find, contact and convince strong candidates to join Payflow.
This is an outbound-first role: you should be comfortable picking up the phone, following up persistently and turning cold candidates into active processes.
What you’ll do
Cold-call and reach out to candidates via phone, LinkedIn and email
Source strong profiles for different teams and roles
Headhunt passive candidates and pitch them on Payflow
Follow up persistently and keep candidate pipelines moving
Track outreach, response rates, interviews and hires
¿ What we’re looking for
0-2 years of relevant professional experience
Previous internships are a plus, but not mandatory




Strong academic background from a leading university
Native-level Spanish proficiency required
Good level of English for working with materials, tools and platforms
Based in Madrid and comfortable working from the office
¿ Fast learner with digital tools (AI, Notion, LinkedIn)
Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Proactive, hands-on and eager to learn
¿¿ Legal right to work in Spain
