EMEA Supplier Agreement Manager
Role Summary
Lead the governance and lifecycle management of strategic supplier agreements across EMEA, ensuring contractual commitments, commercial objectives, and vendor investments are effectively executed and optimized.



Partner across Vendor Alliances, Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Leadership teams to drive business value, reduce risk, and support scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management & Governance
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of supplier agreements, including onboarding, renewals, amendments, and strategic expansions.
- Ensure contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones, and governance requirements are clearly defined, tracked, and fulfilled.
- Maintain accurate contract records and provide visibility on key commitments, renewal timelines, and commercial dependencies .

Risk & Compliance Management
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate contractual, commercial, and operational risks.
- Drive resolution of compliance issues and contractual disputes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
