IT Process Analyst - Fareham

The Role:
The IT Process Analyst will support Saab UK's IT and Business Systems functions by analysing, improving, and governing IT processes in alignment with ISO standards. The successful candidate will champion structured, highquality processes that support operational excellence, audit readiness, security, and compliance within a defencegrade environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
- Analyse existing IT and business systems processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain highquality process documentation, including workflows, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather input and validate futurestate processes.
- Monitor process performance using KPIs, recommending improvements to support Saab's highstandards culture of innovation and expertise.
ISO Standards & Compliance:
- Ensure alignment with relevant ISO standards, including ISO 27001 (Information Security), and ISO 9001 (Quality Management).
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, evidence, and corrective actions.
- Maintain controlled documents in accordance with Saab's quality and governance requirements.
Governance & Documentation:
- Contribute to IT governance functions, including change management, risk assessments, and process assurance.
