Pre-Sales Engineer
Full-time | Madrid | On-site
Complex technology. Demanding customers. Proposals that need to win.
We are looking for an
experienced Pre-Sales Engineer
who can understand complex customer needs, translate them into viable technical solutions, and build the proposals that articulate and defend those solutions.
At
XRF
, we develop technology for decision-making in critical environments, combining AI, XR, GIS, video, sensors and interoperability. We work on real-world projects across
Defence
,
Emergency
Response
and
Critical
Infrastructure
, where understanding technology, operations and customer needs is equally important.
This is a
hands-on role
. We are not looking for someone to lead a department, nor for someone who still needs to develop their Pre-Sales expertise. We are looking for someone who has already done this job and can take ownership from day one.
What we offer
XRF
is at an exciting stage: we have a real product, active projects and customers,
and we are growing while building many of the capabilities we will need for our next stage.
You will join while our
Pre-Sales function is taking shape
, giving you room to bring your expertise and take ownership of how we structure, document and present our solutions.
Real ownership:
you will take direct responsibility for relevant proposals and processes.
Direct access:
you will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, partners and customers, without unnecessary layers.
Visibility
: you will understand what we are trying to achieve, take part in the conversations and see the outcome of your work.
Interesting problems:
you will work on complex technologies and projects where there is rarely a standard answer.
The right moment:
you will join at a stage of growth where there is still plenty to build, and the people joining now can have a real influence on how we do it.
Your work does not end when a document is submitted. You will be part of building the solution we
