You will oversee Store Managers, helping teams translate business targets and performance data into clear actions and measurable results.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on coaching through regular store visits and performance improvement initiatives.
You will champion brand identity, customer experience, visual standards, and consistent execution across the district.
As a key link between stores and central teams, you will communicate priorities, support strategy execution, and represent store needs.
You will also contribute to new store openings, talent recruitment, people development, and an inclusive culture across the retail network.

Accountabilities
Lead Store Managers across the district to achieve sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI objectives by analyzing performance trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and implementing targeted action plans.
Translate commercial and operational data into practical insights, helping Store Managers connect business performance with in-store behaviors and customer experience.
Conduct structured store visits focused on coaching, performance assessment, operational execution, and continuous improvement.
Lead performance recovery plans for underperforming stores, providing hands-on coaching and support until sustainable improvements are achieved.
Champion brand DNA across stores by ensuring strong visual identity, compelling product storytelling, and consistently elevated customer experiences.
