We are looking for a Senior Global Activation & Communication Officer. He/ she will be responsible for leading the operational implementation of the Global Padel Communication & Activation strategy.
He/ she will manages the execution of global campaigns, asset creation, international events, market rollouts and partnership activations while ensuring alignment, consistency and excellence across all markets.
This position acts as the key operational contact between general stakeholders, agencies,



and local markets.
Activités
Campaign & Launch Management
- Manage end-to-end execution of global product launches.
- Build project plans and timelines.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout launch execution.

Asset Production
- Campaign videos
- Product photography
- Launch toolkits
- Retail activation materials
- Communication guidelines
- Sell-in presentations
- Sell-out tools
- Market implementation packages

Market Coordination
- Organize launch briefings with markets.
- Distribute assets and implementation guidelines.
- Support local teams throughout campaign deployment.

Partnership Activations
- Lead communication and activation initiatives related to strategic partner

Event Management
Manage execution of:
- International brand experiences and hospitality activities

Agency Management
- Manage day-to-day
