About The Role

UFC Gym in La Mirada, CA is looking for a passionate and motivated Fitness Coach (Personal Trainer) to help members unleash their potential and crush their goals. If you live and breathe fitness and love inspiring others to transform their lives, this is the opportunity for you

Responsibilities

Design and deliver personalized training programs tailored to individual client goals and fitness levels
Conduct fitness assessments, track client progress, and adjust programming as needed
Lead one-on-one and small group personal training sessions in a high-energy gym environment
Educate clients on proper exercise technique, form, and injury prevention
Promote personal training packages to gym members and prospects
Maintain a motivating, safe, and welcoming training environment on the gym floor
Stay current on fitness trends, certifications,



and UFC Gym programming offerings

Requirements

Current personal training certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
Current CPR/AED certification required
1+ year of personal training or coaching experience preferred
Strong knowledge of strength training, functional fitness, and nutrition fundamentals
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client retention skills
Proven ability to meet sales goals and grow a personal training client base
Energetic, reliable, and passionate about health and fitness
