Position: Sales Agent (Flexible Packaging) – Europe

Dongwon Systems is looking for a Sales Agent to discover potential clients to our adaptable packaging across Europe.

This is a service contract role for an individual with strong networks in the Food or Pet Food industries , particularly those with experience in procurement, sourcing, packaging purchasing, or business development.

Our target customers include :
Food manufacturers / retailers
Pet food manufacturers / retailers
(BOX Pouch for dry pet food/Retort Pouch for wet food)
Co-packers (e.g. OEM packaging companies)

Role Description
Identify and develop new customers to our flexible packaging products, particularly within the food & pet food industry
Use your existing network within the pet food, food,



and packaging sectors to generate business opportunities
Build relationships with procurement, sourcing, packaging development, R&D;, and product development teams at pet food manufacturers and co-packers
Drive sales activities and support execution of sales strategies
Share market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback, especially regarding trends in the pet food packaging / food packaging market

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the Pet Food, Food, Packaging, or related industries
Experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, packaging development, or business development roles strongly preferred
Established network within the food or pet food industry in the applicable country
Intermediate - fluent English proficiency
Understanding of flexible packaging materials and applications for food / pet food products is highly preferred
Strong communication and relationship-buildin
