The Role
As our Sales & Strategy Operations Manager, you will own and scale the commercial operating system for Fever for Business. You will drive sales planning, forecasting, performance management, process optimization, and strategic initiatives that improve commercial productivity and accelerate revenue growth.
As a key partner to commercial leadership, you will enable data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across Sales, Business Development, and Channel & Alliances.
What You'll Do
- Own the commercial operating cadence, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, QBRs, KPI tracking, and executive reporting
- Drive forecasting accuracy and provide visibility into pipeline health, commercial performance, risks, and opportunities
- Develop scalable frameworks for territory planning, account segmentation, capacity planning, and resource allocation
- Design and optimize commercial processes, operating models, and CRM best practices to improve efficiency and scalability
- Lead strategic analyses and develop recommendations to improve sales productivity,



revenue performance, and operational effectiveness
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations on cross-functional initiatives and business planning
- Evaluate and implement automation, AI, and technology solutions that enhance commercial execution
- Manage and mentor the Sales Strategy & Operations team, fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture

Who You Are
- 5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Strategy, Consulting, or similar analytical roles
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline; MBA is a plus
- Strong experience in forecasting, pipeline management, sales planning, and performance analytics
- Proven experience improving commercial processes in a high-growth technology company, SaaS business, marketplace, consulting firm, or simil
