Job Description:Position OverviewWe are looking for a Production Responsible to support the industrial strategy of our production plant within the space division. This key role will be responsible for managing all the structures and launchers production lines: Ariane 6 Pulse Line and the rest of the launchers structure business.The role also includes supporting the Industrial function for the Ariane 6 ramp up, and also supporting turnaround targets.Main ResponsibilitiesTo deliver on cost, on quality, on time.Lead all FO activities in Production role.Gathering and analyzing technical and financial data.Lead all Health & Safety routines in the assembly lines.Identifying future needs in production resources, space, and subcontracting.Lead and foster all the improvement initiatives.Evaluating tasks suitable for outsourcing.Coordinating with technical, operational, and business teams to ensure strategic alignment.Operational Gates strategy implementation.Participate and support all plant routines: MPS,
