Join our innovative and fast-growing team as a Structural Engineer in our vibrant Glasgow office, where fresh ideas and collaboration shape every project.
Youll play a key role in delivering high-impact structural solutions across a diverse range of sectorsfrom Highways and Public Realm to Residential, Healthcare, Education, Justice, Commercial, and Leisuremaking a real difference in the built environment.

Your core responsibilities will include:
- Ensure high-quality technical delivery of projects and tasks, including design, calculations, and drawing support.
- Undertake building surveys and provide appraisals with recommendations for remedial solutions.
- Manage small project fees and resources to ensure commercial success.
- Act as point of contact for client and contractor queries.
- Minimise health and safety risks and promote Pick Everard staff competencies.
- Collaborate with project teams and mentor junior engineers.
- Integrate sustainable engineering practices into projects and commit to ongoing professional development.
- Compliance withHealth & Safety requirements, practices and procedures.
