Commercial Designer, Partnership Solutions (Barcelona) – MotoGP Overview
MotoGP seeks a talented Commercial Designer to create compelling visual concepts and assets for brand partnerships. Based in Barcelona, you'll collaborate with sales and activation teams to design pitch decks, activation graphics, and branded content that align premium brands with MotoGP's adrenaline-fueled global platform across 22 races.
Key Responsibilities
- Design narrative-driven visuals, including pitch decks, mood boards, and key art that translate brand stories into MotoGP-specific activations like trackside graphics, digital campaigns, and hospitality experiences.
- Produce high-quality assets for sales proposals and presentations using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, with professional proficiency in crafting top-quality internal documents (reports, briefs) and external documents (proposals, client decks) that drive commercial outcomes.
- Collaborating with strategists and sales to iterate designs based on data insights, audience trends, and feedback, adapting to multilingual, multicultural markets.





Requirements
- Degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field; 2-4 years in sports marketing, agency, or sponsorship design (motorsport experience a plus).
- Professional expertise in creating top-quality internal and external documents using Canva, PowerPoint/Google Slides alongside design software.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma/Sketch, and motion graphics tools; strong understanding ofprint/digital production.
- Passion for MotoGP, commercial mindset, and ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with occasional global travel for race events.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to fuse creativity with revenue-focused partnership goals.
