STS Aviation Group is seeking a Human Resources and Office Administration professional to manage HR matters for maintenance operations in northern Spain. You will oversee recruitment, assist with payroll and tax compliance, and administer HR processes in line with Spanish regulations.
Reporting to the Project Manager and General Manager, you will adapt to an evolving environment, ensuring compliant labour practices under Spanish and EU law and coordinating with the broader operations team.
