The Role:

This role sits within our Saab Seaeye Business Unit.
The Quality Control Inspector plays a key role in ensuring product both received and delivered meet the required quality standards. The role involves detailed checks, documentation, liaising with suppliers, and managing non-conformances to maintain product integrity and supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing dimensional checks, visual inspections, and using measuring equipment to verify parts.
- Checking deliveries against paperwork (packing lists, purchase orders) for accuracy in quantity and items.
- Creating and maintaining detailed inspection records, test reports, and audit trails.
- Identifying defects, quarantining non-compliant items, and initiating corrective actions
