At CARRER, we are looking for a Head of Operations to manage the operational backbone of our three channels (ecommerce, wholesale and pop-ups) while building the analytical layer that informs our commercial decisions. This role sits at the intersection of process, data and buying strategy. You will work directly with the CEO and lead one intern responsible for day-to-day execution and customer service.

Shopify management , launch coordination, 3PL relationship and outbound logistics
• operational coordination with national and international showrooms, and directly with the multi-brand stores in the brand's portfolio
• Use and implementation of operational management and automation tools (Holded or similar) to optimize business processes




• ecommerce performance tracking; wholesale campaign analysis
• Buying support: using sell-through data and the agreed budget, build seasonal purchase proposals by category and SKU for CEO review and sign-off
• Team: coordinate and supervise the Operations & CS Intern on daily execution tasks

Experience in operations, supply chain or analytical roles at a fashion, lifestyle or consumer brand
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets — you build dashboards and analysis from scratch
• Hands-on knowledge of Shopify from the operations side: product management, inventory, publishing
• 3PL management, pick & pack, shipping and returns cycles
• Analytical mindset: you turn data into actionable proposals, not just reports
• A role that touches every operational layer of the business — ecommerce, wholesale, logistics, buying
• Work closely with the CEO & Founder, playing an active role in commercial and buying decisions
