We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Asset Liability Management (ALM) Senior Consultant. You will work in Treasury Division, part of the Finance and Administration department,



and report to the ALM team. The Treasury Division is responsible for the execution of IDB Invest's borrowing, hedging, trading, and cash management activities, as well as the ALM of IDB Invest's overall balance sheet. Treasury is composed of four different units: Funding, Investments, Local Funding Solutions, and ALM.
Lead or co-lead projects associated to the enhancement of the balance sheet management framework of IDB Invest, including ALM, capital management and funds transfer pricing. Act as the technical lead in cross‐functional working groups, representing Treasury ALM and shaping strategic discussions on ALM, capital management, and overall balance sheet management.
Support the implementation and enhancement of Treasury and ALM systems, data processes, governance documentation, policies, and reporting capabilities.
