Support our acquisitions. Support and advise our Accounting, Finance, and Business Acquisitions team on cross-border acquisitions, conducting due diligence, analysing and drafting transaction documents, and following post-completion integrations.




Handle cross-border commercial contracts with vendors and customers—initial drafting and review of confidentiality, consulting, licensing, SaaS, and other technology-related agreements, while applying your judgment to validate terms and manage risk.
Build scalable legal tools. Monitor legal and regulatory developments and proactively identify opportunities to unlock value and address evolving business needs.
Proficiency in English. You read, write, and speak proficiently in English.
After obtaining a law degree, you practiced at a law firm or as in-house counsel for a period of time, in which you encountered some of the main challenges you'll face in the role.
