This is the job We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a general organization operating in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. You will be part of the ERP & Business Solutions area, contributing to the development and evolution of enterprise-scale digital solutions across a global environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle, architecture, technical design, and compliance of critical systems within an SAP S/4 HANA landscape. You will work at the intersection of business needs, technology, and regulatory requirements, helping to ensure that solutions are scalable, sustainable, secure, and fit for purpose.
This is you Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics,



Business Administration, or a related field, combined with solid experience designing business-driven solutions in complex enterprise environments. 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar senior technical/leadership role, with strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA. Strong knowledge of Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management processes.
Previous experience in highly regulated environments, particularly Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Biotech, is highly desirable. Knowledge of Gx P, CSV, and GDPR is a strong advantage. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and IT teams and work in multicultural environments. Good knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies, as well as tools such as Jira and Service Now. Experience with enterprise integration and middleware patterns and complex SAP landscapes.
