The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Local Finance Director and working closely with Production,



Supply Chain and Operations teams, the Industrial Controller will play a key role in monitoring manufacturing performance, analysing production costs, improving profitability and supporting strategic industrial decisions.
This is not a traditional Financial Controller position. We are specifically looking for a professional with hands-on experience in Industrial Controlling who enjoys understanding factory operations, working closely with production teams and translating operational performance into financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
Industrial Cost Controlling
- Ensure the accuracy of production data and costing information within the ERP system.
- Calculate and analyse actual production costs by SKU.
- Monitor and explain variances versus standard costs (yield, efficiency, labour, raw materials and purchasing).
- Analyse stock valuation and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Support the costing
