Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the enterprise architecture for the Modern Workplace domain, including endpoint management, collaboration platforms and identity/access integration
- Define and drive the roadmap for Microsoft 365, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Windows 11 (Enterprise/LTSC/IoT LTSC) Apple Business Manager, Manage Engine Endpoint Central, Soti MDM and related client technologies
- Define the architecture and rollout strategy for AI-powered workplace tools (e.G. Microsoft Copilot Cowork, Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365) including licensing, data governance and security considerations
- Define and monitor Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategy
- Ensure outsourced services align with enterprise architecture standards
- Establish architecture standards, reference designs and governance guidelines for device management, application deployment (e.G. Autopilot) and Zero Trust/Conditional Access policies




- Establish governance guidelines for responsible AI use within the Modern Workplace domain, in coordination with security and compliance stakeholders
- Evaluate and select new tools and technologies to improve employee experience, security posture and operational efficiency
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities in endpoint and device management (e.G. AI-assisted troubleshooting, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection) and assess their fit for the organization
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure and service management teams to ensure alignment across the broader IT architecture
- Support and guide technical teams during implementation, acting as a design authority and escalation point for architectural decisions
- Create and maintain architecture documentation (solution designs, technical standards, decision records)
- Assess the impact of new Microsoft/vendor releases and features on the existing landscape and recommend adopti
