Key Responsibilities
- Targeted Business Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls and strategic email outreach to identify, engage, and pitch tailored digital advertising solutions to prospective B2B clients across the Nordic market.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Build, expand, and systematically update a detailed customer database in our CRM platform,



ensuring clean pipeline data, accurate client records, and disciplined follow-up strategies.
- Consultative Selling & ROI Demonstration: Address complex client inquiries, assess unique business needs, and clearly demonstrate the measurable ROI, reach, and value of integrating advanced digital ad products.
- Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Continuously analyze Nordic market trends, monitor competitor activity, and gather field insights to refine your pitch, uncover strategic opportunities, and maximize conversion rates.
- Stakeholder Navigation: Navigate complex organizational hierarchies, build strong relationships with key decision-makers (including external marketing agencies and internal stakeholders), and convert hesitant prospects through trust-based selling.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and monthly revenue targets
