Geely Auto España is seeking a senior leader to head Customer Relations in Spain, responsible for delivering a premium end-to-end customer experience across the dealer network and ensuring regulatory compliance with OEM standards.
You will own the CRM strategy, governance, policy application, and case resolution, lead cross-functional teams, manage data privacy (LOPDGDD/GDPR) and risk, and drive CSI/NPS improvements while coordinating with Legal, Sales and After-Sales to protect brand reputation.
