Role overview
At CARRER, we are looking for an Operations & CS Intern to keep our day-to-day processes running smoothly and ensure every customer is well looked after. You will work directly under the Head of Operations, handling execution across logistics, customer service and operational admin. This is a hands-on internship and the right person will get a front-row view of how a fashion business operates across ecommerce, wholesale and pop-ups.

Responsibilities

Direct operational support to the Head of Operations across all three channels
•

Support in the use of the brand's operational platforms (Holded or similar) under the direction of the Head of Operations
•

Direct relationship with the multi-brand stores we sell to: order follow-up, communication and incident management
•

Create and manage shipping labels for DTC and wholesale orders when needed
•

Proactively track orders in transit and keep customers informed at every stage
•

Resolve shipping incidents: delays, lost parcels, address changes and claims
•

Handle returns: receive, validate and coordinate with the team
•

Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media DMs with empathy and good judgement
•

Keep operational tracking files updated (order status, stock, sell-through) for the Head of Operations
•

Support pop-up preparation: stock, materials and shipping coordination
•

Handle basic Shopify tasks under the directio
