WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- +4/5 years of professional software development experience
- + 4/5 years hands-on experience building enterprise applications with OutSystems
- Strong backend development skills and mastery of RESTful APIs
- Deep understanding of low-code platforms, architecture patterns, and best practices
- System integration and APIs.
- Proven ability to lead technical design, code reviews, and delivery of High-Impact projects
- Excellent functional and technical analysis capabilities
- Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)




- Experience working in agile, multicultural teams

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of OutSystems applications
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
- Coach and support development teams, promoting coding standards and best practices
- Integrate OutSystems with external systems and services via APIs and custom connectors
- Conduct code reviews, enforce quality gates, and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features and deliverables
- Contribute to evolving development processes, tools, and reusable components
