About the role and teamWe're looking for an experienced IT Delivery & PMO Lead to join our ANZ Technology team in Port Melbourne. Reporting to the Head of Change Delivery,



you'll lead a team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers and Project Coordinators while driving the evolution of our Technology Project Delivery and PMO practice.
This leadership role shapes and drives project delivery excellence across the ANZ technology portfolio. You'll establish delivery standards, governance frameworks and consistent ways of working, while partnering closely with business and technology leaders, the Global and Regional Change Transformation Management Office (CTMO) and IT PMO teams to enable transparent, predictable and high-quality delivery.
This role operates primarily during standard business hours, although regular meetings with global stakeholders may be required outside of local working hours.
