What you will do?

Aligned with the EMEA Data Center strategy, you will develop and expand relationships with consulting engineers, design-build contractors, hyperscalers, and colocation operators across Spain and the wider region. Your mission will be to drive business growth within the data center market by leveraging Johnson Controls' industry-leading Fire Detection & Suppression solutions, while promoting the broader portfolio of building technologies and digital solutions.



You are a proactive and results-oriented sales professional with a hunter mindset, capable of building trusted customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. In this role, you will position Johnson Controls as the preferred partner for fire protection solutions within the data center sector, influencing specifications, increasing account penetration, and driving sustainable growth. You will work closely with regional and local teams across EMEA to maximize pipeline generation, order intake, and customer satisfaction while consistently achieving sales targets.
