You will lead end-to-end migration assessments, apply R-strategies (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Retire, Retain, Relocate) and design wave plans respecting regulatory constraints.
You’ll collaborate with Security, Networking, and Replatform teams across geographies and use discovery tools to map dependencies, driving timely, risk-aware migrations.
