Description of the area

- Defines and leads analysis efforts across highly ambiguous spaces, navigates complex frameworks, and delegates work while managing the quality of business analysis content.

- Stakeholder Management: Identifies and engages key stakeholders, including management, across organizational boundaries. Shapes strategy as a trusted advisor to leadership, actively navigates conflicts to achieve alignment, and empowers teams in stakeholder management.
- Impact/Strategy: Drives significant impact on projects and programs by ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions that align with business strategy. Leads the evaluation of strategic solution options, including advanced value analysis and risk assessment, and actively shapes long-term roadmaps.
