The Opportunity

As a Service Delivery Lead you will join our Delivery team, taking ownership of the services and client relationships for a portfolio of assigned clients in the field of infrastructure and communications, where we take end-to-end responsibility for their systems and network.

You will act as the technical-executive interlocutor between your clients and the team,



with the experience and technical judgement to set the bar on projects, anticipate problems, and make things happen.

Key Responsibilities
- Project delivery: Execute and/or manage infrastructure projects end-to-end—planning, resources, risks, and budget.
- Service ownership: Define and track service KPIs and SLAs, and build your own dashboards. We provide AI subscriptions to speed up reporting, analysis, and automation, integrating them with our ticketing and reporting systems.
- Client management: Run the biweekly service review meetings with the client and present at steering committees (SteerCo).
- Team leadership: Manage the technical team assigned to projects—task assignment, follow-up, and unblocking—ensuring commitments are met on time.
- Technical oversight: Review HLDs/LLDs, challenge architecture decisions, and set quality standards for deliverables.
