- Managing reception services, incoming telephone calls, and general communication.
- Taking care of general office organization and administrative tasks.
- Keeping front-desk operations structured, efficient, and orderly.
- Supporting organizational processes within an active international consulting firm.





We are looking for a reliable individual who thrives in a multilingual setting and possesses a strong passion for structured work. To succeed in this role, you should bring the following profile:
- Fluent language skills in German, Spanish, and English (spoken and written).
