Job Title: Junior Cold Chain & Logistics Analyst Location: Barcelona, Spain | Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
What you’ll do:
- Monitor and analyze cold chain performance KPIs, including temperature excursions,



deviations, and OTIF performance
- Support the management of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls in line with GDP/GMP requirements
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data insights to support decision-making
- Coordinate with logistics providers, CMOs, and global stakeholders
- Support audit readiness and compliance activities
- Contribute to process improvement and cold chain optimization initiatives

What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Pharma, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data management tools (Power BI is a plus)
- A quality-focused mindset and interest in working within a regulated environment
- Curiosity for digitalization, automation, and AI-driven s
