- Design, develop and maintain Quality dashboards in MicroStrategy in collaboration with a Data Analyst
- Gather business requirements from Quality stakeholders and translate them into actionable KPIs and visualizations
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability across reports
- Document dashboards and provide user guidance to the Quality team
- Design and build an AI agent providing tailored Quality guidelines for each sale
- Collect, structure and formalize existing Quality guidelines into a usable knowledge base
- Work on prompt engineering, testing and iterative improvement of the agent's recommendations
- Collaborate with Quality experts to validate the relevance and accuracy of the agent's outputs
- Work closely with the Quality team, Data Analysts and business stakeholders
- Propose improvements to Quality processes based on data insights
- Share progress, findings and recommendations through regular updates and presentations
