About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned and empathetic Employee Relations Manager to lead their employee relations function in Queenstown . You will work closely with HR and management to ensure consistent application of policies and legal compliance, while promoting open communication and trust. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust employee relations strategies and policies.
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances, disputes, and workplace conflicts impartially.
- Manage disciplinary processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with labor laws.
- Advise management on best practices for employee engagement and performance management.




- Conduct training for managers and employees on employee relations matters.
- Analyze employee relations trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve workplace culture.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in employee relations, HR management, or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of South African labor law and industrial relations principles.
- Proven experience in mediation, conflict resolution, and investigations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
