About the Role
Our client is seeking a vibrant and strategic E-commerce Social Media & Community Manager to cultivate and grow their online presence. This role focuses on creating meaningful engagement with customers, building a strong brand community, and driving traffic and sales to the e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content calendars, and fostering positive interactions across all social channels. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a dynamic social media strategy focused on engagement, community building, and e-commerce sales.
- Create compelling and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored for each platform.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of social media channels, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.




- Foster and grow an active online community by initiating conversations, running contests, and engaging with user-generated content.
- Analyze social media performance data and provide insights to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.

Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and community management, with a focus on e-commerce or retail brands.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva) and social media management software.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- A proactive approach to community engagement and brand advocacy.
