The Opportunity

Plan International is seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Climate Advisor to provide technical leadership across Asia Pacific on climate resilience, adaptation and environmental sustainability.

This is a critical regional advisory role supporting Country Offices and regional teams to design, implement, evaluate and scale high quality climate programming that advances children’s rights, gender equality and girls’ leadership in the face of climate change.

Working in a complex, matrixed federation, you will help integrate climate considerations into strategies, programmes, humanitarian and development work, influencing agendas and resource mobilisation efforts, while strengthening Plan International’s positioning in child centred, gender transformative and locally led clim
