Role Description:
The successful candidate will play a senior role across the full investment cycle, from origination and execution to portfolio management and exit.
- Origination and execution: Assess investment opportunities and lead financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, transaction structuring and financing.
- Investment Committee: Prepare and present investment recommendations and supporting materials.
- Portfolio management:
Work closely with management teams and boards to monitor performance and drive strategic and operational value-creation initiatives.
- Exit execution: Contribute to the preparation and execution of portfolio company exits.
- Fundraising: Support fundraising, investor relations and fund reporting activities.
- Team development: Supervise and mentor junior investment professionals.
Role Requirements:
- 7–10 years of relevant experience, including substantial Private Equity exposure. Previous experience in Investment Banking, Strategic Consulting or Transaction Advisory Services would be valued.
- Proven experience in executing and managing private equity investments.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, due diligence and structuring skills.
- Experience working with portfolio companies and management teams.
- Excellent leadership, commercial judgement and communication skills.
- Excellent English, both written and spoken. Other languages would be a plus.
