About the Role:




The Executive Briefing Center Operations & Guest Experience Specialist will help run the operational backbone of CrowdStrike’s Barcelona Executive Briefing Center (EBC). Reporting to the EBC Manager, this role owns the operational and guest experience details that help every in-person briefing run smoothly, consistently, and to CrowdStrike’s high standards. You will manage the end-to-end operational and hospitality experience across briefing logistics, guest readiness, vendor coordination, center preparedness, stakeholder communications, and day-of execution. You will partner closely with Briefing Program Managers, Sales, the Office of the CTO, Facilities, AV/IT, Security, Workplace, and external vendors to translate briefing plans into seamless customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who combines high-touch hospitality instincts with strong operational discipline, calm execution, and excellent attention to detail.
