Private Equity Overview:

Alantra Private Equity is one of the leading PE managers in Iberia, with more than 25 years of market experience.



Alantra PE invests in mid-market companies (€5-30m EBITDA) operating primarily in the food, healthcare and industry tech sectors, mainly based in Iberia.

Role Description:

The successful candidate will play a senior role across the full investment cycle, from origination and execution to portfolio management and exit.
- Origination and execution: Assess investment opportunities and lead financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, transaction structuring and financing.
- Investment Committee: Prepare and present investment recommendations and supporting materials.
- Portfolio management: Work closely with management teams and boards to monitor performance and drive strategic and operational value-cr
