Responsibilities
With our consumer at the heart, your key focus will be global category management for flavours. Lead the development of a integral sourcing strategy and integral category management practices for Flavours for the group. Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure strategy alignment and sign off. Lead the global implementation of sourcing strategies, gaining regional alignment and providing coaching to regional procurement leaders to ensure successful execution. Establish best-in-class sourcing and contracting practices, enhancing supplier relationship management, allowing clear and auditable financial reporting, and promoting responsible sourcing and sustainability practices.
Sourcing: Define and implement the EU regional sourcing approach, aligned with Bacardi’s procurement principles,



supply chain priorities, and category needs. Lead supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management, ensuring best value, continuity of supply, and quality adherence. Own commercial agreements, ensuring they are clearly defined, compliant with internal policies, and reflected accurately in systems. Ensure collaboration with local teams to address day-to-day sourcing needs and long-term category goals. Accountable for delivering results in the category, including value creation, budget adherence, cash flow optimization, service levels, quality, compliance, and sustainability targets.
Supplier Relationship Management & Risk Mitigation: Develop and manage supplier relationships for the materials under scope to ensure alignment with Bacardi’s sourcing needs and category strategy.
