Your Role:
The Site Quality Head is responsible of managing the QA and QC departments, ensuring the compliance with the overall strategy of Quality. He/She is responsible of managing the department in terms of operations, projects, resources and policies.
Main responsibilities of the Site Quality Head are:
- Ensure compliance with GMP regulations of conduct standards, ISO13485 requirements, ICH guidelines and Siegfried (Quality Manual),



as well as SOPs in all site operations.
- Manage the QA/QC department.
- Act as SPOC in all issues related to Global Quality of Siegfried. Responsible for implementation and compliance to the principles and practices of the Siegfried Manual.
- Define, execute and monitor/adherence to the annual budget. Ensure the adequate use of human and economic resources in order to achieve the department goals in an efficient manner.
- Encourage Quality Culture at the site and excellence in Quality Management Control at the site
- Final responsible for ensuring the quality, safety and efficacy of products manufactured at the site.
- Lead the implementation of Local Quality Plan, review of the Quality Management systems with the Site Leadership Team and with Siegfried Pharma Division.
- Act as Medical Devices management representative having the associated responsibility and authority collected in the ISO13485 standard.
