Job Summary:
Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for global collaboration and managing high-level, content-rich programs? In this role you will play a key part in organizing and managing programs for leading international medical and scientific conferences – and other professional fields.
You will be part of a dedicated project team,



working closely with scientific chairs and committees to guide complex programs from conception through execution. This includes coordinating all aspects of the program development, managing communication with clients, speakers, and participants, and overseeing related logistics.

Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and management of all aspects of the scientific program, including program proposals and submissions
- Manage communication and logistics for VIPs, committee members, and invited speakers, including program requirements, travel arrangements, and reimbursement approvals
- Coordinate scientific meetings with Congress Co-Chairs and committees
- Manage written communications and publications (promotional, print, and online) related to the pr
