Reports To: Direct Sales Manager, EMEA Region
Location: Spain (Home-based with frequent travel across the region)

Position Overview
The Key Account Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing strategic IVF clinic chain & KOL relationships within Spain for the company’s IVF laboratory product portfolio, including time-lapse incubators, culture media and associated consumables. This role plays a key part in developing long-term partnerships with fertility centers, clinics, and distributors to achieve revenue targets and strengthen the company’s market position in reproductive medicine.
Key Responsibilities
1.Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve annual sales targets and profitability goals for assigned territory.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans for key IVF centers and distributor partners.




- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the fertility sector.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to KOLs, embryologists, and clinic management teams.

2. Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clinical stakeholders.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, ensure post-sales support, and coordinate with product application and service teams when required.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and tenders in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain accurate ERP records, sales forecasts, and activity reports.

3. Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the EMEA Direct Sales Manager to ensure consistent market strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product Application teams to deliver effective product positioning and customer engagement initiatives.
