TKWW is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team of data professionals supporting our Marketplace. The Senior Data Scientist will play a critical role in shaping data strategy, guiding experimentation, and driving impact through advanced analytics.



They will partner with cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders—to design experiments, develop analytical tools, and ensure we are making data-driven decisions that deliver measurable results. As a trusted advisor and mentor, this person will both lead analyses directly and elevate the work of the broader team.
Gather, analyze, and interpret data to deliver business impact and help the organization make informed decisions
Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques (e.hypothesis testing, regression, classification, clustering, forecasting, causal inference) to uncover insights and guide strategy
Design and analyze A/B and multivariate testing experiments; Design, build, and maintain reusable, scalable data products and self-serve capabilities used by multiple internal teams
Translate analyses into clear, actionable recommendations, linking insights to business outcomes such as ROI,
