HR Business Partner Alcazar Energy Overview: Alcazar Energy Partners-II (AEP-II) is an independent sustainable infrastructure fund focused on investing, financing, and developing utility scale energy capacity in selected emerging markets. To serve as a trusted advisor to the Delivery, Operations, and Maintenance (DOM) team by providing HR strategic and operational guidance and support, and implement HR solutions, frameworks, and systems in order to meet specific people and organisational needs of the function in line with Alcazar Energy's strategy. The jobholder is the liaison between DOM general operations and the Alcazar HQ HR team in Dubai and is responsible for the provision of operational and strategic advice. The jobholder implements the HR frameworks, policies and processes in line with the business direction and guidelines, but has the latitude to customise solutions in line with business-specific needs
Support for delivering the business plan:
~ In line with the wider HR strategy,



support in developing and delivering the annual operational business plans and KPIs for the DOM team and contribute to performance monitoring and reporting for the unit so that overall objectives are met.

Advisory on all HR matters:
Provide advice to the DOM senior management on all people matters, including the development and approval of the people agenda and associated plans in close coordination and alignment with Alcazar HQ.
Provide advice and support on all DOM HR-related matters, activities and projects in order to contribute to the achievement of HR objectives and plans in line with overall business strategy and guidelines, thus supporting the provision of quality and leading HR services to its stakeholders while ensuring that talent needs are met.
Support the global and lead the local communication of all HR related matters, including policy, frameworks, processes or procedural changes that impact the team, in order to create clarity and awareness for employees.
