Main Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of key rider journey touchpoints to continuously refine the user experience
- Utilize user research, quantitative data, and direct feedback to uncover friction points and growth opportunities
- Elevate conversion rates, retention numbers, and overall customer satisfaction metrics
- Transform company objectives and customer insights into actionable problem statements and project initiatives
- Test and validate product concepts using rapid prototyping, experimentation, and data analysis
- Strike the right balance between rapid wins and long-term architectural platform growth




- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, operations, and marketing
- Align project partners around shared targets and clear performance metrics
- Share the product vision, progress updates, and strategic trade-offs across the organization transparently
