Why this role exists

Galtea helps engineering teams evaluate and monitor AI agents, and our customers are banks, insurers and telcos in regulated environments. That means the founders spend their weeks in three different jobs at once: closing and delivering enterprise deals, running the company, and building the product.

The bottleneck is not strategy. It is the number of things that only a founder currently touches: the investor update, the security questionnaire due Friday, the pricing analysis behind next quarter's proposal, the hiring loop nobody is running, the grant application with a hard deadline.

We are hiring a Founder's Associate to take those over. You start by taking work off the founders, and within a few months you own entire areas outright.

You get a full view of an early-stage company from the seat next to the CEO: how enterprise deals are actually won, what investors are told every month and why, how compensation and hiring decisions get made, how a seed-stage company plans a Series A.



We closed a €3M seed and sell to some of the most demanding customers in Europe, so the problems are real and the feedback is fast.

The role has no fixed ceiling. Past founder's associates in companies like ours have gone on to run operations, lead a commercial team, or start their own thing. What you own in month twelve depends on what you prove you can carry in month three.

What you'll do
- Support enterprise deals end-to-end. Proposals, security questionnaires, RFP responses, pricing models, follow-up material after customer meetings. In Spanish and in English.
- Own projects with a deadline and an outcome. A market analysis, an EU grant application, a pricing review, a hiring loop, a new reporting pipeline. You get the goal and the context, not a set of instructions.
- Keep the commercial back office clean. CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, weekly numbers the founders can trust without checking them.
